孟mèng子zǐ曰yuē：「君jūn仁rén莫mò不bù仁rén，君jūn義yì莫mò不bú義yì。」

Mencius said, 'If the sovereign be benevolent, all will be benevolent. If the sovereign be righteous, all will be righteous.'
